π Ottawa Tourism met with 15 or so chefs to discuss the possibility of having Michelin Guide inspectors rate the city’s restos. In general, the chefs were in favour of pursuing it. While the Michelin Guide rates restos in Vancouver, Toronto, and the province of Québec, it’s not free – the local tourist organizations pay millions for the privilege.
